Laura Fittz is a Nashville teacher who is passionate about restorative discipline practices in schools. She initiated such a program in the high school where she teaches and has taken it a step further by helping to develop and mentor a student-led Peace Team. Their goal is to help other students understand and engage in restorative practices.
