Murphy promises comprehensive and transparent review
More than two years after making the promise, Gov. Phil Murphy’s office is launching an outside review of the state’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The long-awaited, independent audit by a pair of outside law firms hired by the Murphy administration is slated to begin immediately, but a report won’t be issued until late 2023.
