'We’re still in the pandemic and we’re still struggling'
Undocumented workers living in New Jersey say the pandemic continues to take a toll on them. They gathered in Paterson demanding state officials pass legislation to provide $1 billion in aid to help them get back on their feet. Advocates from Make the Road New Jersey say undocumented immigrants pay almost $600 million in state and local taxes every year but still continue to be excluded from aid.
