U.S. Sen. Bob Menendez says Biden is not calling for regime change in Russia
There’s growing concern that Russia is succeeding in its effort to capture the Ukrainian port city of Mariupol and that it could be attempting to split Ukraine in half as it now focuses its military efforts on the southern and eastern portions of the country. Menendez says President Biden's statement that Russian President Putin “cannot remain in power” is not a call for regime change.
