How does North Korea’s latest test affect U.S. options?

North Korea appears to have taken a quantum leap in its missile and nuclear programs, setting off a new test over the weekend that could be capable of threatening the U.S. mainland. The blast also set off a diplomatic fury and more South Korean military exercises. Nick Schifrin gets analysis from Robert Gallucci of Georgetown University and Balbina Hwang of Georgetown University.
